The heart of the RPB is the unitized, self-aligning cartridge insert with integral seals and double locking collars. The replaceable cartridge insert can accommodate +/- 3 deg static misalignment and is factory sealed and lubricated. The cartridges fit all housing styles and are field replaceable for quick change out. RCI outer races are black oxide treated.
