• BONDERITE® L-FM F 750™ stamping lubricant acheson is a water soluble synthetic fluid designed for use on light to heavy forming applications
• Bonderite L-FM F 750 stamping lubricant acheson contains a temperature activated polymer, which is ideal for settings where elevated metal temperatures are possible in the operation
• Applicable materials are metal, galvanized alloy zinc, copper, brass, steel, stainless steel, aluminum
• F1 film type
• 20 to 100% dilution
• The large concentration range of this product makes it applicable for use on various components including brackets and automotive frame parts
• Synthetic chemistry can replace oil containing chemistries for cleaner, easier to use system
• Remaining film is fluid in consistency which removes easily in neutral, alkaline or acid cleaning systems
• Applied via most common ways including spraying, flooding, roll coating or hand application
• Mild surfactant odor
