Rollway® cylindrical thrust bearings utilize crowned cylindrical rolling elements. These are separated by a machined brass roller riding retainer (cage) which are contained within precision ground shaft and housing plates. These bearings are intended for axial loads (load parallel to the axis of rotation). They are designed as medium or heavy duty series. Either series is available in three configuration types including double acting, self aligning and the most widely used "single acting" variety. Depending on your preference, these bearings are available in a wide variety of sizes and options.
