RK series bearings have a flanged cross-section on one or both rings. The flanged design reduces weight and provides the equipment designer greater flexibility for configuration of adjacent mounting structures and bolting arrangements. RK series bearings are well suited for many applications where a large diameter and lighter weight are predominant factors in selection of a bearing.
