Sealmaster® PN gold mounted bearings come within a variety of 316 stainless casting or high strength composite housing configurations. They feature high phosphorus, electroless nickel coated steel inserts with patented seal technology. They are available with either setscrew or Skwezloc®concentric locking collars. The high performance triple-lip seal is the latest innovation on sealing technology. The combination of stainless flingers and FKM lip materials provides strong defense against contaminant entry, GoldPlex® FG H1 food grade grease loss and wear.

• The Sealmaster® PN gold bearings are factory filled with Sealmaster® GoldPlexFG grease
• Reduced maintenance washdown, plugged no lube fitting
• +/- 2 deg misalignment
• High performance triple lip contact seal design provides multi-directional sealing with 304 stainless steel body and flinger to minimize contamination ingress and retain lubrication
• High quality solid base designed investment cast passivated 316 stainless steel casting providing the highest amount corrosion resistance currently available for stainless steel housings
• Solid construction with machined base was designed for minimal gaps and no fillers
• Zone hardened inner ring with 120 deg spacing setscrew lock with corrosion resistant setscrews
• Exclusive locking pin and dimple system provides a direct lubricant into the bearing cavity and ball path instead of around a lubrication groove, prevents outer ring rotation
• Unique land riding retainer design provides superior pocket clearance that allows for 360 deg grease circulation around the rolling elements resulting in better retained and utilized lubrication
• Tapered Lands ensures that lubricant will be easily redirected back to the raceway
