• BONDERITE® L-FM F 747 stamping lubricant acheson is a highly concentrated, water soluble synthetic fluid designed for use on moderate to heavy forming applications
• It is ideal for ferrous metals, galvanized and heavy forming of non-ferrous materials
• BONDERITE® L-FM F 747 stamping lubricant acheson can be used in applications such as stamping, bending, progressive dies or deep bending
• The concentration range of this product makes it applicable from mower decks, appliances, perforated metal sheets or replacing high VOC vanishing oils
• Applicable materials are metal, stainless steel, galvanized alloy zinc, steel, copper, aluminum, brass
• Synthetic chemistry can replace oil containing chemistries for cleaner, easier to use system
• Remaining film is fluid in consistency which removes easily in neutral or alkaline cleaning systems
• Applied via most common ways including spraying, flooding, roll coating or hand application
• 5 - 50% typical dilution
• < 1 % VOC content
• Mild amine odor
