Lubriplate® special cooker chain grease is a food grade grease specifically designed for use on hydrostatic cooker chains. It is manufactured with ingredients, which comply with F.D.A. 21 CFR 178.3570 and meets former USDA 1998 Guidelines. Its outstanding resistance to chemically treated water, heat and steam, make it an ideal lubricant in all hydrostatic cooker chain applications. Its outstanding resistance to water washout means that the grease will stay put and properly lubricate the chain pins, bushings and rollers under the harsh environmental conditions of a hydrostatic cooker. Lubriplate® special cooker chain grease is also formulated to be heavier than water. Excess grease will sink rather than float in the cookers thus resulting in cans without excess grease leaving the hydrostatic cooker.
