Drawn cup needle roller bearings with open ends are supplied with a needle roller and cage assembly or a full complement needle roller set. Bearings with needle roller and cage assemblies allow higher speeds than the full complement designs.
INA Drawn Cup Needle Roller Bearing, Series: HK Series, 25 mm Bore, 32 mm OD, 1 Rows, 20 mm Width, Double Seal Closure, 15600 N Load, Sheet Steel Cage, 6100 rpm Maximum, -20 to 100 deg C
- The bearings are particularly suitable for applications with a very small radial section height on account of their very low cross-sectional height
- Used if the housing bore is not suitable as a raceway for needle roller and cage assemblies
- Can support high radial loads
- Require a considerably smaller radial design envelope than machined needle roller bearings
- Usually run directly on the shaft
- Permit relatively high speeds
- Easy to mount
- Require no additional means of axial retention
- Can be readily used to close off the shaft ends of bearing positions
- Result in particularly compact, cost-effective and economical bearing arrangements
- Contact seal on both sides
- L271 anti wear protection grease
- 15600 N dynamic/24000 N static
